How to choose a POS for restaurants
In a restaurant, the POS needs to follow the table journey: open a check, take orders, route to the kitchen, split payments and close a shift. A useful demo recreates a busy service period, not just a simple sale.
What to compare first
Test seat changes, modifiers, sold-out items, tips and void permissions. Confirm whether the kitchen needs printers, screens or both. If the only challenge is tableside payment, also compare a TableTurn payment option with replacing the whole system.

A table orders two starters, changes a dish and pays using two methods. Complete that workflow and check how it appears in the closeout.
